The area of the Glacier 459845 showing is underlain by rock of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group. A grab sample of pyritic mafic volcanic rock with a 1 centimetre wide quartz vein assayed 2.54 grams per tonne gold (Figure 10E, Assessment Report 21061; Rock Sampling Data Sheet, Assessment Report 19783).
